Abstract

The composition comprises, by mass: 42wt% of unsaturated polyester resin, 38wt% of a flame retardant, 13wt% of an inorganic filler, 3wt% of an anti-aging agent, 3wt% of a thickening agent, 0.5wt% of a viscosity reducer, and 0.5wt% of a normal temperature curing agent. The flame retardant is a halogen flame retardant, i.e. decabromodiphenylethane. The inorganic filler is titanium dioxide. The anti-aging agent is a plastic anti-aging agent. The thickening agent is matt powder. The viscosity reducer is an ME viscosity reducer. The normal temperature curing agent is methyl ethyl ketone peroxide or cyclohexanone peroxide. The composition not only has a stronger adhesive force to a metal conductor and an insulating layer, but also has good flame resistance and ageing resistance.
