Abstract

The invention discloses a method for determining the solanesol filter interception in mainstream smoke, which comprises the following steps: 1) preparation of a standard stock liquid: weighing about 50.0mg of solanesol standard reagent, and preparing solanesol series standard solutions in series concentration gradient by use of methanol; 2) sample preparation: sucking the cigarette according to GB / T19609, longitudinally cutting four filters after the suction and putting into a 50mL conical flask, adding 20mL of isopropyl alcohol and extracting on a mechanical oscillator for 1 hour, enabling the extracted solution to pass through a 0.45-micron organic phase filter membrane, sampling and performing high performance liquid chromatography analysis, determining the nature by comparing the retention time of the chromatographic peaks of the standard sample and the filter sample, and determining the quantity by an external standard method. The method disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the sample pretreatment process is simple and quick; the method has high sensitivity, good precision and recovery rate and good stability, can realize determination of the interception of solanesol in the cigarette filters of different filter materials such as cellulose acetate, polypropylene fiber, active carbon, paper filter and the like, and has relatively good sample applicability.
