Problems solved by technology

The traditional theory holds that the raw water quality of printing and dyeing wastewater is complex and highly toxic, and cannot be directly used by microorganisms. Therefore, chemical precipitants or coagulation pretreatment and anaerobic hydrolysis acidification must be added to settle the toxic and harmful macromolecular substances in the wastewater. and biodegradation removal to meet the microbial tolerance requirements of the subsequent aerobic biochemical stage
However, due to the addition of a large amount of chemical agents in the process, not only the problems of long process flow, large chemical dosage, high cost of chemical agents, and large production of chemical sludge are caused, but also the subsequent aerobic production is caused by the increase of salt content in the water. Practical problems such as the limited processing capacity of the biochemical section and the floating of a large amount of dead mud

[0032] The treatment method adopted at this stage is the traditional process: physical and chemical pretreatment - hydrolytic acidification - aerobic aeration - advanced treatment. The enterprise adopts traditional wastewater treatment methods, the specific process is as follows figure 2 Shown:

[0033] In the pretreatment stage, ferrous sulfate, sodium hydroxide lye, and PAM agents are added to mainly remove most of the particulate matter and suspended solids in the printing and dyeing wastewater, and the chroma, SS, and COD of the water quality cr Removal rate reached 70%, 70%, 40% or more. The water after pretreatment and precipitation enters the hydrolysis and acidification reaction section to further degrade the macromolecules and refractory organic substances in the w...

Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of wastewater treatment, and discloses a domestication method of novel aerobic activated sludge for treating printing and dyeing wastewater raw water and an application of the domestication method. The application is a wastewater treatment process which comprises the following steps: (1) performing biodegradability analysis on the printing and dyeing wastewater, and analyzing and detecting base components in the wastewater by using an ultraviolet full-wave scanning technique; (2) feeding the printing and dyeing wastewater into a regulating reservoir, and regulating the pH value of the effluent of the regulating reservoir; (3) feeding the wastewater with the regulated pH value into an aerobic pond, and performing aerobic biochemical treatment on the wastewater by using the novel aerobic activated sludge; (4) feeding the effluent of the aerobic pond into a deep treatment pond, and finally discharging or recycling the qualified water. By adopting the method, the process procedures are shortened, more than 50% of the chemical sludge amount and treatment cost caused by coagulation pretreatment are reduced, and the burden in later sludge treatment device is alleviated; meanwhile, due to application of the novel aerobic activated sludge, the cost in adding activated sludge nutrient substances is lowered, and a great deal of inoculation and domestication time is saved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of wastewater treatment, and in particular relates to a domestication method and application of aerobic activated sludge for treating printing and dyeing wastewater raw water. Background technique [0002] Printing and dyeing wastewater is wastewater discharged from printing and dyeing factories that mainly process cotton, hemp, chemical fibers and their blended products. Printing and dyeing wastewater has a large amount of water, 100-200 tons of water is consumed per ton of textile printing and dyeing, and 80-90% of it becomes wastewater. Textile printing and dyeing wastewater has the characteristics of large water volume, high content of organic pollutants, high alkalinity, and large changes in water quality. It is one of the most difficult industrial wastewater to treat. The direct discharge of impurities, sand substances, inorganic salts, etc. will bring great harm to human health and the living environment, and ...
