Abstract

The invention discloses an ultrafiltration purification method for industrialized seedling production water of macrobrachium rosenbergii. The method comprises five steps of primary precipitation, artificial seawater preparation and dark precipitation, physical filtration, membrane separation and ozone sterilization. The method is capable of removing all suspended particles and unicellular algae having the diameter above 0.1 micron in aquaculture water so that the water transparency is above 2 meters and the ammonium-nitrogen removal rate is above 90%, and the treated water is suitable for fry rearing of rare fish and shrimp; and due to ultrafiltration membrane separation in combination with secondary ozone sterilization, more than 99% of microorganisms (the diameter of common microorganisms is above 0.3 micron), and therefore, the transverse route of transmission of harmful microorganisms in the external environment is effectively cut off and stable production of the fry of fish and shrimp is guaranteed.
