Problems solved by technology

Oil-absorbing agents can effectively absorb oil spills, but sometimes there are disadvantages such as poor oil retention rate, while oil-gelling agents can effectively gel the oil phase effectively, and the oil-retaining performance is much higher than that of general oil-absorbing materials

specific Embodiment approach 1

[0026] Specific implementation mode 1: In this implementation mode, bacterial cellulose airgel-alkyl carbamate oil coagulant composite type oil spill treatment material is prepared according to the following steps:

[0027] Step 1. Cultivate bacterial cellulose

[0028] ① Kombucha liquid subculture medium: the medium is composed of agar, the carbon source is glucose, the nitrogen source is yeast powder and tryptone; the ratio is glucose 5g, yeast powder 1g, agar 2g, CaCO 3 2 g, 100 ml deionized water, and adjust the pH of the medium to 6.8. Scrub the large-mouth glass bottle twice with alcohol, and then boil it in boiling water for two minutes to remove as much bacteria and cleaning agent alcohol as possible to prevent the bacteria from being contaminated.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing a bacterial cellulose aerogel-alkyl carbamate oil gelling agent composite oil spill control material and relates to methods for preparing porous network-like-structured materials with hydrophobic, lipophilic and oil gelling properties. The method comprises the steps: (1) cultivating bacterial cellulose; (2) carrying out acetylation on microfibrils of the bacterial cellulose; (3) preparing hydrophobic acetylated bacterial cellulose aerogel; (4) preparing an alkyl carbamate oil gelling agent; (5) preparing the bacterial cellulose aerogel-alkyl carbamate oil gelling agent composite material. According to the method, the oil spill control material, which is prepared through effectively compounding an oil absorbent and the oil gelling agent, has the oil gelling property of the oil gelling agent and the oil absorbing property of the oil absorbent, and can effectively absorb and gel pollutants, such as oil products and organic solvents, and leaking into water. The oil spill control material has the advantages of low cost, environmental friendliness, novel environmental protection, high oil absorbing speed, good oil gelling effect, over 90% oil retention ratio and the like and is a new direction for the development of oil spill control materials.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for preparing a porous network structure material having both hydrophobic-lipophilic-oil-condensing properties, in particular to a bacterial cellulose airgel-carbamate alkyl ester oil-condensing agent composite oil spill treatment material method of preparation. Background technique [0002] With the increasing development of the global economy, the demand for oil and its products is getting higher and higher, and many serious oil spill pollution accidents have occurred in the process of oil extraction and transportation. According to statistics, 3000-5000kt of oil spilled into the sea due to various accidents in the world every year has caused a huge waste of resources and seriously endangered the natural ecological environment. For example, in 2010, the crude oil spill accident in the Gulf of Mexico caused huge and irreversible trauma to the local environment; Entering the waters of Qingdao also brought great harm ...
