The invention discloses a high-performance glass fiber reinforced plastic composite material which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30 to 40 parts of phenolic epoxy resin, 15 to 20 parts of polyetherimide, 5 to 10 parts of diaminodiphenylmethane, 1 to 2 parts of silane coupling agent, 20 to 30 parts of fiberglass, 5 to 10 parts of silicon carbide fibers, 20 to 35 parts of kaolin, 8 to 13 parts of nano silica, 5 to 6 parts of nano zinc oxide powder, 5 to 12 parts of diisononyl phthalate, 0.5 to 1.5 parts of phosphite ester, 0.5 to 1 part of lubricant and 0.8 to 1.3 parts of antioxidant 168.
