Abstract

The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing polyimide resin with sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, stirring and emulsifying for 20-70 minutes at 30-70 DEG C; and dropwise adding water in the stirring and emulsifying process to prepare the water-soluble polyimide resin emulsion with the solid content of 5-20%. The method for strengthening the polyimide fiber paper-based material comprises the following steps: diluting the water-soluble polyimide resin emulsion with water till the solid content is reduced to 0.5-5%; then, dipping the polyimide fiber paper-based material in the diluted water soluble polyimide resin emulsion; and finally drying the dipped polyimide fiber paper-based material till being over dry. The method can avoid pollution of organic solvents; and the physical property of the polyimide fiber paper-based material treated by the method is greatly improved and the temperature resistance of the polyimide fiber paper-based material is not affected.
