The invention provides a coal-fired power generation system capable of drying superheated steam into powder, which is used for combusting raw coal and then drying a generator to generate power and comprises a boiler unit and a steam turbine unit, wherein the boiler unit comprises a powder making subsystem, a boiler host subsystem, an air-powder supply subsystem and a waste steam water recycling subsystem; the powder making subsystem comprises a steam-powder generating and drying device, a steam-powder separation device and a drying agent generating device; the boiler host subsystem comprises a boiler hearth, a boiler smoke channel and a pulverized coal combustor; the waste steam water recycling subsystem comprises a waste steam water recycling device which is connected with the steam turbine and is used for condensing and recycling one part of the waste steam by virtue of the low-temperature condensation water of a steam turbine; the drying agent generating device comprises a waste steam heater and a superheated steam pipeline which is used for conveying a drying agent to the steam-powder generating and drying device to circulate; a waste steam heater is used for heating the waste steam in the waste steam heater by virtue of the smoke of the boiler hearth to form the superheated steam which is used as the drying agent.
