Abstract
The invention relates to an environment-friendly weather-resistant flame-retardant PP material and a preparation method thereof. The PP material is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 20-30% of homo-polypropylene, 35-45% of polypropylenecopolymer, 25-30% of a compound expansive type halogen-free flame-retardant, 5-10% of talcum powder, 0.2-0.4% of an ultravioletlight absorber, 0.2-0.4% of an antioxidant and 0.2-0.5% of a lubricant. The process comprises the following steps: firstly adding the materials in proportion into a mixing barrel to be uniformly mixed; then adding the mixture into a twin-screw extruder to be mixed, wherein the extruding temperatures of the first and second sections of the twin-screw extruder are 160-170 DEG C while the extruding temperatures of other sections are 170-190 DEG C and the total standing time of reactants in the twin-screw extruder is 3-5 minutes; and finally, cooling and slicing the extruded material obtained to obtain the environment-friendly weather-resistant flame-retardant PP material. By modifying PP, the material is environmentally friendly and flame-retardant, and also can satisfy the long-term anti-aging using requirement outdoors.
Description
technical field [0001] The invention relates to a polypropylene material, in particular to an environment-friendly, weather-resistant and flame-retardant PP material and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] As a general-purpose resin, polypropylene (PP) has been widely used in various aspects of daily life, such as automobiles, household electronic appliances, office products and other industries. It has excellent mechanical properties, good processability, and heat resistance. , chemical resistance, and low density, relatively low price, stable performance. Flame-retardant PP has become the polymer flame-retardant material with the largest and fastest-growing flame-retardant dosage. With the implementation of the ROHS directive, more and more people pay attention to the environmentally friendly flame-retardant PP that complies with the ROHS directive. [0003] The traditional flame retardant modification method of polypropylene is to add halogen-con...
