Abstract

The present invention discloses a method for acquiring more serum small molecule metabolite information compared with the conventional method in the case of no requirement of increase of the sample amount through a gas chromatography-mass spectrometry selected ion scan method and an overlapping peak deconvolution technology. According to the present invention, a serum quality control sample is subjected to oximation and silanization reactions, conventional analysis conditions are applied to obtain the mass spectrometry full scan data, an AMDIS treatment is performed to establish the initial selected ion scan table, the sample injection amount and the diversion ratio are changed so as to further obtain the trace metabolite information, a deconvolution software is applied to provide the newly-increased and qualitative trace metabolite character ion, the newly-increased and qualitative trace metabolite character ion is added to the initial selected ion scan table to form the final selected ion scan table, and finally the established selected ion scan table is adopted to carry out mass spectrometry data acquisition with the ion selecting mode on the sample; and the method has advantages of mild reaction conditions, good reproducibility, strong stability, strong operability, rich acquired metabolite information, high mass spectrometry signal signal-to-noise ratio, and the like.
