The process comprises the following steps: (A) mixing a Cu source, a Mg source, a Zn source, a Ti source, a Zr source and a Al source, and then performing smelting to obtain a smelted material; (B) sequentially performing online degassing, online filtration and online refining on the smelted material obtained in the step (A) to obtain an online treatment product; and (C) performing casting on the online treatment product obtained in the step (B) to obtain the 7050 aluminum alloy, wherein the casting speed is 8-14mm / min.
