Abstract

The invention innovatively provides a method for preparing a protein foamer from kitchen wastes and a recycling and classifying treatment method for the kitchen wastes. The method comprises the following steps: adjusting the moisture content of the kitchen wastes to be 80-90%, adding an alkaline chemical agent, and heating for hydrolysis; cooling, performing solid-liquid separation to obtain solid residues, adjusting the pH value to be 7-8, utilizing the solid residues as a fertilizer, and performing centrifugation and oil removal on supernatant liquor; recovering grease separated after centrifugation and oil removal, utilizing the grease as a raw material of biodiesel, and performing membrane concentration on mixed liquor subjected to centrifugation and oil removal to obtain protein molecules with the molecular weight of 5-20 kDa and protein molecules with the molecular weight of lower than 5 kDa respectively, wherein the protein molecules with the molecular weight of 5-20 kDa form protein concentrated liquor as the protein foamer, and the protein molecules with the molecular weight of lower than 5 kDa form protein concentrated liquor as a liquid organic fertilizer.
