Abstract

According to the technical scheme adopted by the invention, the drilling liquid is prepared from the following raw material components by mass (unit: g): 900-1000 g of tap water, 40-60 g of bentonite, 1-3 g of Na2CO3, 2-4 g of an amphoteric ionic polymer coating agent FA367, 1-2 g of an amphoteric ionic polymer viscosity reducer XY-27, 300-400 g of potassium formate, 50-60 g of highlight calcium carbonate C-L501, 0.5-1 g of calcium oxide, 30-40 g of a lubricating agent JHJC-3, 20-30 g of paraffin emulsion JHNP, 10-20 g of polyalcohol JHGC; and 40% alkaline liquor is prepared by NaOH, the pH of the system is regulated to be 9, and the system is uniformly stirred to prepare the amphoteric potassium-based polyalcohol water-based drilling fluid.
