The invention also provides a functional gradient TC4 titanium alloy strip which is prepared from a TC4 titanium alloy strip with single mechanical property by adopting the preparation method, and the elasticity modulus of the strip continuously changes along the length direction of the strip. The preparation process is simple and low in cost, online continuous production can be realized, and an oxidation phenomenon on the strip surface is avoided in the preparation process.
