Abstract

The invention aims at providing a preparation method of a graphene/polystyrene conductive composite material. The preparation method of the graphene/polystyrene conductive composite material comprises the following steps: (1) preparing graphene oxide (GO) powder; 2 dispersing and polymerizing to prepare cationic polystyrene (PS<+>) microspheres; and 3 preparing a GNS/PS composite material. The preparation method is capable of inhibiting auto-agglutination and induction of GNs and graphene is selectively distributed on a polymer particle surface to form a complete graphene three-dimensional network skeleton. A channel of free electron conduction is formed by a three-dimensional structure of which GNs is relatively ordered. The GNs/PS composite material shows relatively low conductivity thresholds and relatively high electric conductivity; the thermal stability of PS is improved by addition of the graphene; and the PS decomposition temperature is improved by 13.5 DEG C. A new idea is provided for construction of an ordered inorganic filler micro-structure employing a high-viscosity polymer system by a simple and convenient method; and further expansion of the application field of a graphene-based conductive composite material is facilitated.
