The invention discloses a desalting regeneration device of salt-containing ethylene glycol solution. The desalting regeneration device comprises feeding, a salt loop, a thermal cycling loop, a centrifuging loop and recycling of ethylene glycol, wherein a salt-containing ethylene glycol solution storage tank is connected with a raw material feeding hole of a flash evaporation tank through a pipeline with a raw material pump; a backflow discharging hole of the flash evaporation tank is connected with a backflow liquid inlet of the flash evaporation tank through a pipeline with a salt pump; a circulation discharging hole of the flash evaporation tank is connected with a heater through a pipeline with a circulation pump; the heater is connected with a circulation feeding hole of the flash evaporation tank through a pipeline; the salt pump is connected with a centrifugal machine through a pipeline; a solid-phase outlet of the centrifugal machine is connected with a salt collecting tank; a liquid-phase outlet of the centrifugal machine is connected with the inlet of a centrifugal buffer tank through a pipeline; a liquid-phase outlet of the centrifugal buffer tank is connected with the backflow liquid inlet of the flash evaporation tank through a pipeline; and a gas-phase outlet of the flash evaporation tank is connected with an ethylene glycol storage tank through a pipeline with a condenser.
