Abstract

The invention discloses a method for simultaneously determining the contents of a plurality of types of water-soluble vitamins in foods or health products. The method comprises the following specific steps: preparing a sample mixed standard solution and a solution to be detected; carrying out gradient elution and separation on all the vitamins by using a high performance liquid chromatograph by taking an acetonitrile-phosphoric acid solution as a mobile phase; detecting all mixed standard samples and the solution to be detected; carrying out linear regression according to detection data of the plurality of groups of mixed standard samples; and analyzing and calculating the contents of the water-soluble vitamins including VB1, VB2, VB3, VC, VB5, VB6, VB9 and VB12 in the solution to be detected according to linear regression equations and the detection data of the solution to be detected, so as to deduce the contents of all the water-soluble vitamins in the detected foods or health product samples. According to the method disclosed by the invention, the detection analysis of the eight types of water-soluble vitamins can be finished by one step, the separation efficiency of the plurality of types of vitamins can be effectively improved, and the samples with relatively complicated base materials can be determined.
