The preparation method of the wastewater biochemical treatment activated sludge conditioner comprises the following steps: firstly fermenting by utilizing the nutrient substances, culturing saccharomycetes in the saccharomycete fluid, then digesting by virtue of the glucanase and protease, and adding poly-ferric aluminium sulphate, so that the wastewater biochemical treatment activated sludge conditioner is obtained.
