Problems solved by technology

This kind of group is connected, arranged in groups with high and low levels, dense and dense, the cornices of the halls are overlapped, and the corridors are connected, so that the fire prevention distance between the buildings is insufficient, and there is a lack of safe space. It is easy to cause the fire to be uncontrollable. Under such conditions, the fire spread rapidly and became connected, resulting in an uncontrollable situation
Second, ancient wooden buildings are prone to mold and decay after being soaked in water and steam for thousands of years
Coating is an important functional building material. The development of multifunctional coatings has made great progress, but there are few protective coatings for wooden ancient buildings with fire protection, waterproof and sound absorption on the market.

Abstract

The invention provides a water-based wood historical building preservation coating for tourist attraction environment and a preparation method thereof. The coating comprises a component A and a component B, wherein the mass ratio of the component A to the component B is 1: 1.5; the component A is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 90-120 parts of an acrylic polyurethane aqueous dispersion, 0.5-1.5 parts of a thickener and 5-20 parts of deionized water; the component B is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 2-8 parts of propylene glycol methyl ether acetate, 0.5-5 parts of a dispersant, 0.2-0.8 part of a defoamer, 10-30 parts of deionized water, 10-40 parts of superfine talcum powder, 10-40 parts of kaolin, 10-30 parts of titanium dioxide, 0.8-1.2 parts of dimethyl methylphosphonate and 10-20 parts of a porous coscinodiscus sound absorbent. The main film-forming substance of the coating provided by the invention is obtained by dispersing the acrylic polyurethane aqueous dispersion and the propylene glycol methyl ether acetate under a certain process condition, and the cured paint film has the characteristics of high crosslinking density, high adhesive force, high hardness, high solid content and the like.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a coating technology, in particular to a water-based protective coating for wooden ancient buildings in tourist scenic spots and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Our country is a country with rich traditional culture. Among them, the wooden ancient building is an extremely important part, from which we can see the development of other sciences in the same period and the level reached at that time. They are the country's non-renewable precious historical heritage, an important symbol of national civilization, and a precious wealth of the nation. Therefore, the work of protecting ancient buildings is particularly important. At present, there are three problems in the protection of wooden ancient buildings in tourist attractions: First, various timber components in ancient buildings have good combustion and flame propagation properties. Moreover, the roofs of ancient buildings are tight and tight. In t...
