Abstract

The additive is white solid powder, and a clinker removal agent comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 89-92% of magnesium hydroxide powder, 2-3% of a mixed surfactant, 4-5% of magnesium nitrate, and the balance of a polymer stabilizer; and the microstructure of the clinker removal agent is a core-shell structure, namely, a nano organic matter layer consisting of a surfactant, magnesium nitrate and a polymer stabilizer is coated on the surface of a magnesium hydroxide particle. The additive and water with a mass equal to that of the additive, after being mixed, can form stable turbid liquid, and after the turbid liquid is sprayed into a coal-fired furnace of a boiler, a coking phenomenon of the boiler can be effectively inhibited.
