A hydraulic pump piston and a power piston are connected through a piston rod to form piston assemblies which are installed on a hydraulic cylinder body and an internal combustion engine cylinder body. A rack is installed on the piston rod and meshed with a gear. An output shaft of the gear is connected with an output shaft at one end of the motor / engine body, and the other end of the motor / engine body is connected with an output shaft of a hydraulic pump / motor. Power is supplied to the motor / engine body through a super-capacitor / storage battery, and the running conditions of the motor / engine body are controlled by a motor controller.
