Embodiment 1

[0025] The biogas residue used in the following examples is the biogas residue produced after anaerobic digestion of pure straw; the pulverized coal is coal provided by Nankai University; and the coal gangue is provided by Shanxi Datong.

[0026] Raw material ratio: coal gangue 40%, pulverized coal 15%, biogas residue 40%, additive 5% (calcium hydroxide 40%, magnesium oxide 60%).

[0027] Production steps:

[0028] 1) Take the biogas residue and crush it, and the particle size after crushing is 80-100 mesh (0.178-0.074mm) for later use;

[0029] 2) After drying the coal powder and coal gangue, they are crushed separately, and then stirred evenly with the sulfur-fixing agent in a certain proportion for later use;

[0030] 3) Treat the biogas residue with 2% (m / m) NaOH at 80°C for 3 hours to make the mixture brown and viscous;

[0031] 4) Add the mixture of gangue, pulverized coal and sulfur-fixing agent prepared in step (2) to step (3) according to the specifi...

Abstract

The present invention relates to a biogas residue made coal briquette binder and a coal briquette manufacturing method. The biogas residue coal briquette binder comprises the following raw components in percentage by mass: 40-50% of coal gangue,15% of pulverized coal, 30-40% of a biogas residue, and 5% of and additive. The production steps comprise: (1) grinding a biogas residue to 80-100 mesh (0.178-0.074 mm) for later use; (2) grinding pulverized coal and coal gangue, stirring evenly the mixture in a proportion to a desulfurization agent for later use; (3) processing the biogas residue with 2% (m / m) NaOH at 80 DEG C for 3 hours to make the liquid mixture be brown and viscous; (4) adding the mixture of the coal gangue, pulverized coal and desulfurization agent prepared by step (2) into the liquid prepared by step(3) according to a specified proportion, evenly stirring the mixture, and placing the mixture in a drying oven to be dried at 80 DEG C until the water content reaches about 5-8% for later use; (5) cold pressing and naturally curing the mixture to obtain a biogas residue made coal briquette binder. The coal briquette provided by the invention not only has advantages such as being low in ignition temperature, high in burnt-out rate and better in thermal stability, but also is high in strength, good in waterproof performance, and low in content of combustion caused smoke and dust contaminants.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a biogas slag used as coal molding binder and a preparation method thereof. [0002] Another object of the present invention is to provide a method for secondary utilization of biogas residues, so as to solve follow-up problems such as low organic fertilizer utilization rate and soil compaction caused by direct returning biogas residues to fields. Background technique [0003] In recent years, with the increasingly serious energy shortage and environmental pollution, clean briquette technology combined with the utilization of biomass solid waste to save energy and reduce air pollution has become a research hotspot in recent years. This technology not only prepares briquettes with low ignition point, high burnout rate, and good thermal stability, but also realizes the energy utilization of biomass solid waste, alleviates my country's energy crisis, and eases the gap between rural economic development and energy and the environme...
