According to the buccal tablet, the lotus seeds and the oyster shells are utilized in a combined mode, so that patients' symptoms such as inflammation, swollen sore throats, dental ulcers and gum bleeding are improved cooperatively; the oyster shell powder can neutralize bitterness of lotus nuts; the konjac powder is added during preparation of the buccal tablet, so that the buccal tablet is not bitter and sticky; coarse and rough taste of the oyster shells is improved by the beta-cyclodextrin.
