The flue gas purification control method comprises steps of receiving a detection input quantity sent by a detection device, calculating a deviation between the detection input quantity and a given value and the deviation change rate as an input variable of fuzzy control; performing fuzzification of the input variable into a fuzzy input quantity, performing fuzzy inference and decision based on the fuzzy input quantity to obtain a fuzzy output quantity, and performing defuzzification of the fuzzy output quantity into a control output quantity; and outputting the control output quantity to a corresponding parameter controller of a semi-dry process flue gas processing system to control the quantity of corresponding parameters. The detection input quantity comprises the sulfur dioxide flow quantity and the hydrogen chloride flow quantity at an outlet of a waste incinerator chimney, and control output quantities corresponding to the sulfur dioxide flow quantity and the hydrogen chloride flow quantity are the lime white flow quantity and the active carbon flow quantity respectively.
