The biodegradable rolled emulsified oil composition comprises, by weight, 60-80 parts of plant oil and synthetic ester, 2-10 parts of oleic acid or tall oil acid, 0-8 parts of at least one of sodium petroleum sulfonate, modified polyoxyethylene castor oil and alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether, 0-10 parts of at least one of sulfurized fatty acid ester and phosphate ester, 1-5 parts of at least one of dodecanedioic acid and cyclohexene octanoic acid, 0.5-2 parts of di-tert-butyl methylphenol, 0.05-1 part of octyl diphenylamine, 0.05-0.2 parts of organosiloxane, and 0.5-2 parts of at least one of chloromethylthiazolinone and dibromonitrilopionamide.
