The ganoderma lucidum granules comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 75 to 85 parts of ganoderma lucidum, 5 to 8 parts of lonicera japonica, 4 to 6 parts of rhizoma dioscoreae, 4 to 6 parts of lobelia chinensis and 2 to 5 parts of corn stigma. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, mixing and then drying the raw materials according to the proportion, then adding the raw materials into water with the mass being 5 to 6 times that of the raw materials, boiling for 30 to 40min, and sieving so as to obtain filter residue and a first extracting solution; secondly, extracting the filter residue in the first step with straight alcohol with the mass being 5 to 6 times that of the filter residue for 20 to 25h, and sieving so as to obtain a second extracting solution; thirdly, combining the first and second extracting solutions, performing concentration and granulation, thereby obtaining the ganoderma lucidum granules.
