The core-layer foamed composite tubular product consists of an inner-layer material, a core-layer foamed layer and an outer-layer material coaxially in sequence, wherein raw materials for preparing the inner-layer material include medium-density polyethylene, low-density polyethylene, a flame retardant, calcium carbonate and an antistatic agent, raw materials for preparing the core-layer foamed layer include an ethylene-maleic anhydride grafted copolymer, butadiene styrene rubber, a foaming agent and a stabilizer, raw materials for preparing the outer-layer material include polyvinyl chloride and MBS resin, and the preparation process comprises the steps of extruding the inner-layer material, extruding the core-layer foamed layer and extruding the outer-layer material to obtain the three-layer composite tubular product.
