Embodiment 1

[0031] The raw material formula of the antibacterial additive for feeding is: 16 parts of orange peel, 25 parts of ginger dregs, 24 parts of bean dregs, 4.3 parts of potato stems and leaves, 5.7 parts of Chrysophylla globosa, and 9 parts of additives.

[0032] The production method is that the bean dregs are processed with a small high-speed pulverizer to make the particle size reach 60 meshes, and the bean dregs coarse powder is obtained; ginger dregs, spherical golden algae, orange peel, and potato stems and leaves are dried to a water content of 3% respectively. and other materials are processed separately with a small-scale high-speed pulverizer, so that the particle size reaches 60 orders, and coarse powders of four kinds of materials are obtained; five kinds of coarse powders are mixed according to the formula ratio; MgO, 1.5 parts of L-arginine, and 1.7 parts of carboxymethyl chitosan) are mixed evenly; after mixing, they are treated by mechanochemical methods, processed...

Abstract

Disclosed is a method for producing a laying hen feed antibacterial agent by comprehensive utilization of bean dregs. The laying hen feed antibacterial agent comprises dried orange peel, ginger dregs, bean dregs, stems and leaves of potato, spherical chromulinales and additives; wherein water content of dried orange peel, ginger dregs, spherical chromulinales and stems and leaves of potato ranges from 3% to 5%, and water content of bean dregs ranges from 18% to 20%. The method includes mixing the five types of crude powder proportionally and then mixing the same with the additives uniformly to obtain a mixture, treating the mixture by a chemical mechanical method, specifically, processing the mixture by means of a high-energy vibration mill, and then processing the mixture for 17-18 minutes on conditions of circulated cooling water temperature ranging from 19 DEG C to 21 DEG C, frequency equal to 16Hz, and steel bar acceleration ranging from 8g to 9g, then shutting down for 3.5 minutes, and further processing the mixture on the condition of steel bar acceleration equal to 6.7g to obtain the feed additive product. The laying hen feed antibacterial agent, produced from wastes such as fruit peels and vegetable dregs, has the advantages that intestinal tract pathogenic bacteria of laying hens are reduced greatly, production cost of raw materials in the prior art is lowered, low-carbon production is achieved and product additional value is increased as a great amount of wastes in food production is recycled.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of feed, and relates to a method for comprehensively utilizing bean dregs to produce an antibacterial agent for laying hens. Background technique [0002] Feed antibiotics have been used to prevent and treat bacterial diseases in livestock and poultry for decades, and are regarded as the most prominent biotechnology in the livestock and poultry industry in the 20th century. Numerous research results show that antibiotics can promote animal growth, reduce morbidity, Mortality, improved feed remuneration and carcass quality. Because antibiotics have the characteristics of cheap price, quick effect and convenient use, they can bring huge economic benefits to the aquaculture industry. But because of this feature, the abuse of feed antibiotics is very common. [0003] In my country's poultry breeding industry, professional large-scale farms coexist with sideline medium and small-scale farmers. The breeding reli...
