Abstract

The invention discloses a treatment solution used for bluing the surface of an aluminum alloy. One liter of the solution is prepared from, by mass, 30 g-35 g of ferric trichloride, 45 g-50 g of potassium ferricyanide, 0.5 g-1 g of potassium permanganate, 0.1 g-0.3 g of potassium persulfate and 0.2 g-0.4 g of ammonium molybdate, and distilled water is added to reach one liter. A bluing treatment method includes the steps that an aluminum alloy sample is put into a prepared oil removing and degreasing solution for oil removing and degreasing at the room temperature; distilled water cleaning is conducted, wherein the aluminum alloy sample obtained after oil removing and degreasing is put into a prepared 10% sodium hydroxide solution for alkali etching treatment at the room temperature; the distilled water is used for flushing the aluminum alloy sample cleanly; a prepared treatment solution is put into a constant-temperature heating magnetic stirrer, a water bath is heated to the temperature ranging from 70 DEG C to 80 DEG C, and the treated aluminum alloy sample is put into the treatment solution; and a beaker containing the distilled water is put into the constant-temperature heating magnetic stirrer to be heated to the temperature ranging from 90 DEG C to 95 DEG C, the aluminum alloy sample which is colored to be blued is put into the distilled water immediately, and sealing treatment is conducted for 10 min to 15 min.
