Problems solved by technology

[0006] In recent years, the development and utilization of tree shrews has entered a new development period, and good progress has been made in the establishment of HCV animal models. However, little is known about the population genetic structure of tree shrews, especially about tree shrews. There is no domestic report on shrew MHC research, which greatly limits its application in disease animal model research, and is also a bottleneck in the creation of its strain resources

Abstract

The invention discloses a tupaia belangeri MHC-DRB1*1101 gene sequence and application thereof. A nucleotide gene sequence is as shown in SEQ ID NO.1. The tupaia belangeri MHC-DRB1*1101 gene sequence is applied to establishment of HCV (hepatitis C virus) models, and efficiency in establishment of tupaia belangeri HCV models is greatly improved while loss of resources is reduced. By combination with successfully established tupaia belangeri HCV models, a new target can be possibly found for HCV treatment to provide most basic information for further treatment researches of tupaia belangeri HCV models, and a start is provided for other tupaia belangeri allele gene researches.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of biotechnology, in particular to tree shrew MHC-DRB1*1101 gene sequence and application thereof. Background technique [0002] Hepatitis C virus ( hepatitis C virus , HCV) infection has become one of the main causes of chronic hepatitis, cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma in China and the world. At present, there are about 170 million HCV-infected people in the world, and there are 37-40 million in China. The main risk factors for HCV infection are intravenous drug use and blood transfusion. There are about 3 to 4 million new cases every year, and 80% of infected people will develop chronic hepatitis, and 30% will progress to end-stage liver disease, including liver cirrhosis and liver cancer. Acute HCV infection can cause a series of innate and adaptive immune responses in the body. 15-25% of HCV infections can be self-limited and cleared by the host immune response, while most of them are chronic persisten...
