Abstract
The invention relates to Fe-WC-B-Mo nanometer powder and a preparation method thereof. The Fe-WC-B-Mo nanometer powder comprises the following components in parts by mass: 5-35 parts of Fe, 45-65 parts of WC, 5-10 parts of B, 5-10 parts of Mo and 0.34-0.55 part of several other microelements. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing Fe-WC-Mo nanospheres by adopting a gas atomization method; and (2), mixing the nanospheres prepared in step (1) with C, Mn, B, Co and Al by adopting a surfactant protection method, so as to prepare the Fe-WC-B-Mo nanometer powder. Various types of materials adopted by the Fe-WC-B-Mo nanometer powder are wide in source, low in price, high in hardness and good in abrasion-resisting property. The Fe-WC-B-Mo nanometer powder provided by the invention can be applied to mechanical parts which are used for operation at room temperature, thereby achieving size repairing of a hard coating and an abraded part of a sliding surface.
