Abstract

The invention aims to overcome defects of long route of present sodium methylate treatment process, high operational difficulty, high operational cost and large amount of solid wastes. The method of the invention comprises the following steps: after the alcoholysis process is completed during the polytetrahydrofuran perfluorosulfonic acid process, hydrogen ion in an ion exchange medium and sodion in sodium methylate undergo exchange by an ion exchange method; after treatment, sodium methylate is converted into methanol, sodion is adsorbed by the exchange medium to complete separation of sodium methylate; and the processed methanol undergoes evaporation to be thoroughly separated. By the above method, the alcoholysis catalyst processing flow can be greatly shortened during the polytetrahydrofuran perfluorosulfonic acid process, equipment investment is saved, discharge capacity of "three wastes (waste gas, waste water and industrial residue)" is reduced, and operational cost is saved.
