Embodiment 2

[0023] 1) Add 50 parts of paint powder, 4 parts of magnesium aluminum hydrotalcite, 10 parts of ethanol, and 40 parts of water solvent into the mixing equipment, and stir for 10 minutes at a temperature of 65°C;

[0024] 2) Add 20 parts of ethyl acetate, 1 part of calcium oleate, 1 part of acetic acid, 20 parts of di-n-octyl phthalate, 3 parts of silicone oil, and stir for 20 minutes at a temperature of 40°C to obtain a heat-stable spray paint Paint B.

Embodiment 3

[0026] 1) Add 55 parts of paint powder, 6 parts of magnesium aluminum hydrotalcite, 12 parts of ethanol, and 45 parts of water solvent into the mixing equipment, and stir for 10 minutes at a temperature of 65-70°C;

[0027] 2) Add 25 parts of ethyl acetate, 2 parts of calcium oleate, 2 parts of acetic acid, 22 parts of di-n-octyl phthalate, 3 parts of silicone oil, and stir for 20-30 minutes at a temperature of 40-45°C to obtain Heat stabilized spray paint coating C.

[0028] Mix the heat-stable spray paint coatings A, B, and C obtained above on a double-roll mill at 170°C to 200°C for 5 minutes, and pull them into samples with a thickness of 1.0mm, and cut them into small samples of 3cm×2cm. Put it in an oven at 180±1°C for static heat aging test. The test results are: heat-stable spray paints A, B, and C have no color change or foaming within 100 minutes; A starts to appear light yellow at 110 minutes, and turns dark brown at 140 minutes; B starts to appear light yellow at ...

Abstract

The invention provides a thermally-stable spraying paint coating which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 50-60 parts of paint powder, 4-7 parts of magnesium aluminum hydrotalcite, 10-15 parts of ethanol, 40-50 parts of water solvent, 20-30 parts of ethyl acetate, 1-2 parts of calcium oleate, 1-2 parts of acetic acid, 20-25 parts of di-n-octyl phthalate and 3-5 parts of silicon oil. A preparation method comprises the following steps of: adding 50-60 parts of paint powder, 4-7 parts of magnesium aluminum hydrotalcite, 10-15 parts of ethanol and 40-50 parts of water solvent into a mixing device, performing stirring for 10 min at 65-70 DEG C; adding 20-30 parts of ethyl acetate, 1-2 parts of calcium oleate, 1-2 parts of acetic acid, 20-25 parts of di-n-octyl phthalate and 3-5 parts of silicon oil into an obtained mixture, and performing stirring for 20-30 min at 40-45 DEG C, so as to obtain the thermally-stable spraying paint coating. The stable spraying paint coating provided by the invention is good in thermal stability, low in material cost, simple in preparation process and suitable for high-temperature coating treatment of mechanical equipment or workpieces.

Description

[0001] Technical field: [0002] The invention belongs to the technical field of chemical materials, and in particular relates to a thermally stable spray paint coating and a preparation method thereof. [0003] technical background: [0004] Paint is a chemical mixture coating that can firmly cover the surface of objects for protection, decoration, marking and other special purposes. Paint is viscous oily pigment, flammable when wet, insoluble in water, slightly soluble in fat, soluble in alcohol, aldehyde, ether, benzene, alkanes, easily soluble in gasoline, kerosene, diesel. [0005] In the process of workpiece spraying, a large amount of paint is used. At present, a large amount of mechanical equipment is used to level, heat and dry the paint film on the surface of the workpiece after painting in a very short period of time. In some workpiece processing occasions, many paints in the existing coatings use solvents such as benzene, ketones, and esters in the production proce...
