Abstract

The present invention provides a colored photosensitive resin composition, a color filter, a method for producing the same, and an image display device, the colored photosensitive resin composition comprising: (A) a colorant, (B) an alkali-soluble resin, (C) a photopolymerizable compound, (D) a photopolymerization initiator, (E) one or more compounds selected from the group consisting of a polyfunctional thiol compound and an organosilicon compound, and (F) a solvent. The colorant (A) contains one or more of Pigment Green 59, 62 and 63 selected from C.I. and one or more selected from pigments and dyes.

Example Embodiment

[0159] Synthesis Example 1: Synthesis of Organosilicon Compounds
[0160] In a reaction vessel equipped with a stirrer, a thermometer, and a pH meter, 80 ml of 3-methacryloyloxypropyltrimethoxysilane (MTMS: A-174 manufactured by GE-Toshiba) was placed, and the pH was mixed with 15 ml of methanol. 2.5 ml of the malonic acid aqueous solution of 2.5 was put into the dropping funnel to prepare 20 ml of the mixed solution, and the mixed solution of methanol and the aqueous solution of malonic acid was added dropwise over 30 minutes at room temperature while stirring the reaction vessel. After completion of the dropwise addition, the mixture was stirred for 2 hours while maintaining normal temperature. After stirring for 2 hours, the solvent was removed under reduced pressure. The distilled water remaining as anhydrous magnesium sulfate was dehydrated, and the anhydrous magnesium sulfate was filtered and classified. In the above process, the finally obtained organosilicon compound exists in the state of a colorless viscous liquid silica sol which exhibits the best performance in increasing adhesion. A specific example of the above-mentioned hydrolysis and polycondensation reaction can be represented by the following reaction formula.

Example Embodiment

[0168] Synthesis Example 2: Synthesis of Organosilicon Compounds
[0169] In Synthesis Example 1, except that 3-methacryloyloxypropyltrimethoxysilane was changed to 3-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane (GPTMS: A-187 manufactured by GE-Toshiba) Otherwise, an organosilicon compound was synthesized in the same manner as in Synthesis Example 1.

Example Embodiment

[0170] Synthesis Example 3: Synthesis of Organosilicon Compounds
[0171] In Synthesis Example 1, the same procedure as in Synthesis Example 1 was carried out, except that 3-methacryloyloxypropyltrimethoxysilane was changed to vinyltrimethoxysilane (VTMS: A-171 manufactured by GE-Toshiba). Synthesis of organosilicon compounds.
