Abstract

The invention discloses a self-repair coating for a mutual inductor and a preparation method thereof. The coating comprises a bottom layer, a middle layer and a surface layer, wherein the bottom layer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10-20 parts of high temperature vulcanized silicone rubber, 1-3 parts of polyamide, 0.5-1.8 parts of laurate organic tin catalyst and 0.6-1.5 parts of 2-methyl-3-butyne-2-alochol; the middle layer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 5-10 pars of hydrogenated nitrile rubber, 6-12 parts of zinc methacrylate and 0.8-2.2 parts of anti-aging agent; and the surface layer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 35-50 parts of water-borne epoxy resin, 15-25 parts of self-repair agent, 8-17 parts of titanium dioxide and 1-5 parts of perfluoro flatting agent SHYT4320. The coating is safe, environmentally friendly, corrosion-resistant, high temperature resistant, anti-aging and good in self-repair performance; and the preparation method adopts a three-layer coating process, so that the structure of the coating is stable, and the service life of the mutual inductor is prolonged.
