Abstract

The invention provides a method of preparing nano lignin by using a reverse emulsion. A lipophilic emulsifier is dissolved in an oily solvent to prepare an oil phase; a hydrophobic emulsifier and alkali lignin are dissolved in water to prepare a water phase; the water phase is dripped into the oil phase and is intensely stirred to prepare an alkali lignin reverse emulsion ; a dilute acid solution is dripped into the oil phase under intense stirring so as to prepare a dilute acid reverse emulsion; the dilute acid reverse emulsion and the alkali lignin reverse emulsion are mixed uniformly, and then the mixture is stirred slowly for a certain time; and finally, emulsion breaking, filtering, water washing and freeze-drying are performed so as to obtain the nano lignin. The nano lignin prepared by the method provided by the invention is uniform in size, and the particle size is 100-150 nm. The preparation method is simple in technology process, and the used solutions can be recycled and has no negative effect to the environment, so that the preparation method has a good application prospect.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for preparing nano lignin, in particular to a method for preparing nano lignin by using inverse emulsion. Background technique [0002] Lignin is the most abundant renewable and biodegradable natural organic polymer in the world except cellulose, and it is also one of the important substrates for new bio-based materials. The molecular structure of lignin contains a large number of main structural units and groups such as benzene rings, hydroxyl groups, and methoxyl groups, which make lignin have special physical and chemical properties. As a by-product of the pulp and paper industry, alkali lignin has an annual world output of 70 million tons, 95% of which are used as fuel or discharged with pulp black liquor, and only 5% are used to produce high value-added products, mainly Including additives, dispersants, adhesives and surfactants. In recent years, as human society attaches great importance to the sustainable deve...
