Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing saccharic acid by a low-temperature catalytic oxidation method. The method comprises the following steps: (1) the mol ratio of a metal catalyst to a reaction substrate ranges from (1 to 200) to (1 to 5000); (2) the operation temperature is 20 DEG C to 150 DEG C; (3) the operation pressure is oxygen pressure of 1 to 50 atmospheric pressure; (4) the mass ratio of the reaction substrate to a solvent ranges from (1 to 100) to (1 to 2); (5) the contact time of the reaction substrate and the catalyst is about 5h to 50h; and (6) a technological process can be an intermittent process or a continuous process. The method disclosed by the invention has the advantages of simple and convenient preparation technology, good preparation effect, high working efficiency and the like.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for preparing saccharic acid by a low-temperature catalytic oxidation method. Background technique [0002] Glucaric acid (tetrahydroxyadipic acid) is a compound that has long been found in plants and mammals. In recent years, glucaric acid was listed as one of the top 12 compounds in a report (Non-Patent Document 1) by the US National Institute of Renewable Energy on the need for high value-added chemicals produced from biomass. In this report, glucaric acid derivatives that can be prepared from glucaric acid are also exemplified as glucaric acid-γ-lactone, glucaric acid-δ-lactone, or glucaric acid dilactone. Lactones such as esters (use expected as a solvent); polyhydroxypolyamides (use expected as a new type of nylon), etc. In addition, this report speculates that nitric acid oxidation reaction of starch or catalytic oxidation reaction in the presence of alkaline bleaching agent can be utilized as a known producti...
