The method includes main steps of 1), digesting artificial tiger bone meal samples by the aid of nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide and sizing the artificial tiger bone meal samples by the aid of 2% nitric acid solution to obtain analysis to-be-measured sample solution; 2), selectively preparing serial mixed standard solution from As, Cd, Cu, Hg and Pb single-element standard solution by the aid of 2% nitric acid solution; 3), plotting standard curves; 4), measuring the analysis to-be-measured sample solution by the aid of ICP-AES (inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry) spectrographs so as to obtain the contents of the five heavy metal elements in the samples according to the standard curves. The method has the advantages that reaction for digesting the samples is mild, and accordingly the samples are low in pollution and loss; the digestion time can be shortened, digested samples can be directly measured by the aid of ICP-AES processes, and accordingly the detection cycles of the samples can be shortened; the method is high in safety and good in accuracy and repeatability, and requirements on quickly measuring the heavy metal elements in the artificial tiger bone meal can be met.
