The preparation method comprises the steps of mixing and uniformly stirring all the ingredients separately and thoroughly so as to obtain a size mixture, then, putting the size mixture in a die, then, putting the die in a plate vulcanizing machine, carrying out hot-press forming, and then, carrying out polishing treatment on a formed product, thereby preparing the sound-absorbing and heat-insulating building decoration material.
