The pluronic F127 curcumin liposome prepared by using the preparation method has particle size of 70.3+ / -1.0 nm, dispersion coefficient of 0.279+ / -0.004, and encapsulation rate of 89.8+ / -0.7%. The pluronic F127 curcumin liposome has the advantages of small particle size, narrow dispersion range and good stability, has good storage stability, and can provide improved in-vitro digestion stability and bioavailability for traditional curcumin liposomes.
