Weigh 0.1006g of phospholipids, 0.0198g of cholesterol, 0.0250g of Pluronic F127 and 0.0049g of curcumin and dissolve them completely in 20mL of absolute ethanol, and remove the absolute ethanol by rotary evaporation in a water bath at 45°C to form a uniform film. Add 50mL deionized water for hydration for 30min, and the formed suspension is crude liposome.
