[0042] Preparation method of air-entrained concrete block

[0043] In the method of the present invention, the method for preparing air-entrained concrete may include the following steps: (I) preparing slurry step, (II) pouring step, (III) foaming hardening step, (IV) cutting step and (V) steam Pressurized curing step.

[0044] The above steps are described in more detail below.

[0045] (1) preparation slurry step

[0046] More specifically,

[0047] a. take high calcium high sulfur fly ash and gypsum of 1500Kg-1800Kg by weight ratio, mix;

[0048] b. Add water to the mixture obtained in step a according to the ratio of 3:1 to 2:1 to make a mortar with a ratio of 1.45 to 1.70Kg / L for later use;

[0049] c. Prepare waste slurry additives with a specific gravity of 1.35-1.40Kg / L according to the proportion;

[0050] d. Add the waste slurry prepared in step c to step b according to a dose of 15%-25%, and prepare a slurry with a specific gravity of 1.48-1.65Kg / L for subseq...

Embodiment 1

[0067] Preparation of air-entrained concrete block (1)

[0068] The preparation of air-entrained concrete blocks is carried out according to the following steps. Specific steps are as follows:

[0069] (1) Preparation of slurry step

[0070] The high-calcium high-sulfur fly ash of 60 weight parts (from Xinte energy company's own thermal power plant, wherein SiO 2 content of 50-60%, effective calcium oxide content of 15-35%) and 1.9 parts by weight of gypsum (derived from the desulfurization process product of the self-owned power plant of Xinte Energy Company, whose main chemical composition is CaSO 4 ) mixing; secondly, add water to the mixture obtained above to make a mortar with a specific gravity of 1.45-1.70Kg / L for subsequent use. The waste slurry additive is prepared, and the waste slurry additive with a specific gravity of 1.35-1.40Kg / L is prepared for use, and then the waste slurry additive is added to the mortar to prepare a slurry with a specific gravity of 1.48-...

Embodiment 2

[0081] Preparation of air-entrained concrete block (2)

[0082] The aerated concrete block (2) was obtained in the same manner as in Example 1, except that the amount of high-calcium and high-sulfur fly ash was changed to 80 parts by weight.

Abstract

The invention provides a preparation method for aerated concrete. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (I) preparation of slurry; (II) pouring; (III) foaming and hardening; and (IV) steam pressurized curing. Raw materials used in the step (I) are a basic material, a waste slurry admixture and water, wherein the basic material contains high-calcium high-sulfur fly ash, and usage amounts of CaO and SO3 in the high-calcium high-sulfur fly ash are 30 wt% or above and 20 wt% or above, respectively. The invention further provides the aerated concrete prepared by using the preparation method. With the method, aerated concrete blocks meeting national standards can be independently prepared from high-calcium high-sulfur fly ash, the usage amount of lime can be appropriately reduced, and production cost can be lowered; meanwhile, time consumed in the constant-temperature constant-voltage stage of the steam pressurized curing can be appropriately reduced, the turnover and circulation rate of an autoclave can be increased, and production efficiency can be improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a new type of building material, in particular to an air-entrained concrete and its manufacturing method. Background technique [0002] Ordinary fly ash, also known as low-calcium fly ash, is a kind of industrial waste discharged from thermal power plants that use coal to generate electricity. Usually, it is produced by blowing the finely ground coal powder into the power station's pulverized coal boiler with hot air at high speed and burning it. The average coal ash is 30% of the coal mass, and about 80% of the coal ash is finally brought out of the furnace together with the flue gas. After electrostatic dust collection, the fly ash called fly ash is obtained. The chemical composition of ordinary fly ash depends on the composition of clay minerals in coal, and its chemical composition is mainly silicon dioxide, aluminum oxide, ferric oxide, calcium oxide and unburned carbon. However, the chemical composition of fly ash from ...
