Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of a microcrystalline cellulose and carboxymethycellulose sodium premix. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, emulsifying; S2, discharging and centrifuging; S3, pulping; S4, drying; S5, sieving and packaging. According to the preparation method disclosed by the invention, in the emulsifying process, a certain amount of carboxymethycellulose sodium is added into reverse osmosis water at the temperature of 50 to 60 DEG C, and is enabled to sufficiently swell and to disperse in a water system; after the microcrystalline cellulose is added, a microcrystalline cellulose molecular chain and a carboxymethycellulose sodium molecular chain make sufficient contact and crosslinking through interaction among molecules to obtain a uniformly-mixed molecular chain group structure, and physical and chemical properties of the two substances are improved; impurities contained in a mixture are removed by centrifugal separation after cooling, so that the mixture is further purified. The homogenization of material particles is ensured by emulsifying, centrifuging, pulping, spray drying, sieving and the like, the compressibility of the microcrystalline cellulose as tableting filler is improved, and the service performance of a product is improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of medicine, and in particular relates to a preparation method of a microcrystalline cellulose-carbomellose sodium premix. Background technique [0002] Microcrystalline cellulose (Microcrystalline cellulose, MCC) is a free-flowing extremely fine short rod-shaped or powder-like porous particle that contains cellulose-containing plant fiber pulp hydrolyzed with dilute acid to the limit degree of polymerization. The color is white or nearly white. Odorless and tasteless, the particle size is generally 20~80 Lm, and the limit polymerization degree is 15~375; it is not fibrous and has strong fluidity. Insoluble in water, dilute acids, organic solvents and oils, partially soluble and swelling in dilute alkali solutions, and has high reactivity in the process of carboxymethylation, acetylation and esterification. Due to its special properties such as low degree of polymerization and large specific surface area, m...
