The production technique is characterized by including: selecting Dabie Mountain area spring water as original water, filtering the original water via a PP cotton filter, a grit filter, activated carbon and a manganese sand filter, sterilizing the original water through medium-pressure ultraviolet, treating the original water with a UH reverse osmosis technique, sterilizing with a high intensity pulsed electric field, and performing sterile filling to obtain the Dabie Mountain area mineral water. The water provided is free of pollution, pathogenic bacteria, heavy metals and harmful chemicals; the mineral water contains minerals and trace elements needed by the body; the mineral water is no-degradation water in weakly alkaline and is micromolecule water high in activity; the mineral water is rich in beneficial minerals like strontium, zinc, selenium and metasilicic acid.
