Problems solved by technology

However, the most commonly used agricultural plastic mulch in traditional technology has many disadvantages: first, it cannot be degraded permanently when it is covered on the field, and it needs to be collected manually, which is time-consuming, labor-intensive and low-efficiency. Thus causing huge pollution to the soil and the environment; second, it has very few functions, and can only play a few functions such as simple heat preservation and antifreeze. In general, the disadvantages outweigh the advantages
A large number of residual plastic film fragments are not easy to be degraded by soil microorganisms, and remain in the farmland for a long time, causing soil structure damage and a serious decline in the quality of cultivated land; in addition, the existence of a large amount of residual plastic film hinders agricultural operations, which will adversely affect the cultivation of crops in the next season and seriously hinder development of productive forces in agriculture

Abstract

The invention relates to a biodegradable thin film as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The biodegradable thin film is prepared from the following raw material components in partsby weight: 5-10 parts of polybutylene succinate / polybutylene adipate, 8-15 parts of low-density polyethylene, 6-12 parts of animal and plant fibers, 1-3 parts of potassium humate, 0.5-1.0 part of lanthanum stearate, 0.1-0.3 part of sodium hydrogen carbonate, 1-2 parts of hydroxyethyl cellulose, 3-5 parts of polyvinyl alcohol and 3-10 parts of polylactic acid. The preparation method comprises the steps of evenly mixing all the raw material components, then carrying operations such as granulating and blow molding, and finally obtaining the biodegradable thin film. The biodegradable thin film provided by the invention has the excellent water resistance, flame retardance, tensile strength, elongation at break, and the like; when being used as an agricultural plastic mulching film, the biodegradable thin film not only can be completely degraded so as to effectively avoid the pollution, caused by thin film residue, to the soil, but also has excellent effects of temperature adjustment and moisture retention.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of degradable films, in particular to a biodegradable film and its preparation method and application. Background technique [0002] As an important strategic issue related to my country's national economy and people's livelihood, agricultural issues have greatly promoted the improvement of agricultural output and benefits, and led to the change of agricultural production methods and the rapid development of agricultural productivity.
