Abstract

The invention provides hydrogen humidity measuring equipment for a hydrogen-cooled generator. The hydrogen humidity measuring equipment comprises a generator internal component and a generator external component. The shell of the generator is provided with a tightly-connected pressure-resistant optical window. The generator internal component and the generator external component are communicated with each other through the pressure-resistant optical window. The generator internal component comprises optical fiber with fiber coupling collimators at both ends and a cube-corner prism. The generator external component comprises a diode laser, a circulator, a detector and optical fiber with a fiber coupling collimator at one end. By a molecular laser spectroscopic technology and through fingerprint spectral measurement of water vapor molecules, precise on-line measurement of hydrogen humidity under hydrogen working condition is realized. The measurement is only related to inherent physicalcharacteristics of water molecules, has high anti-interference property, and can realize concentration measurement from ppm level to 100%.
