The invention discloses a method for preparing an organic fertilizer by fermenting chicken manure by using compound bacteria. The method comprises the steps: mixing chicken manure, crop straw powder and a compound bacterium fermenting agent to obtain a mixture; controlling the water content of the mixture at 45%-55%, meanwhile, spraying a fermentation liquid on the mixture by using a sprayer, andcarrying out fermentation treatment; after fermenting the chicken manure, carrying out composting; delivering the chicken manure into a curing warehouse, stacking the chicken manure to form a conicalmanure pile with the height of 2-3m, and carrying out low-temperature drying at room temperature; and adding the chicken manure into a mixer for mixing, and then, carrying out granulation in a granulator to prepare an organic granulated fertilizer.
