Problems solved by technology

Because the strawberry growers in facility strawberry pollination still follow the beekeeper’s above-mentioned bee overwintering experience when bees are pollinating, and on the one hand, there are low temperature, humidity and other factors that are not conducive to the vitality of bees in winter facility strawberry, on the other hand, the beekeeper’s bee overwintering experience It is only to maintain the basic survival of bees, so it is very easy to cause low pollination efficiency of bees in winter facilities, which will have a certain impact on strawberry production and economic value

Embodiment 1

[0019] Example 1: Effect of middle bee feeding treatment on improving honeybee activity

[0020] 1.1. Materials and methods. Since wild Chinese bees are more active and there is still surplus honey due to the native method of drum feeding, this example mainly tests whether feeding will affect the pollination activity of Chinese bees. The Chinese honey bee colony used in the experiment was purchased from Jiande Mountain, Hangzhou, and the queen bee in the middle was the new king of autumn reproduction, which was bred by the regular return soil method and the round wooden barrel method. The strawberry variety used in the experiment was "Fengxiang".

[0021] 1.2 Experimental design

[0022] During the test, the bee bucket was placed in the middle of the whole greenhouse, and the greenhouse was divided into three equal parts horizontally with the bee bucket as the middle point. The two ends were the control and treatment areas, and the middle was the buffer zone. The height of ...

Embodiment 2

[0029] Embodiment 2: The effect of middle bee feeding treatment on improving honeybee activity

[0030] 2.1 Materials and methods

[0031] 2.1.1 Tested insects

[0032] Apis chinensis is a population raised artificially in this laboratory. The feeding conditions are: temperature (26±1)°C, relative humidity (75±5)%, photoperiod L:D=12:12 (light 12h, dark 12h). After pupation and eclosion, the sexually mature females were collected for experimentation, and starved for 3 hours before the experimentation.

[0033] 2.1.2 Experimental instruments and reagents

[0034] (1) Experimental equipment

[0035] The antenna potentiometer is produced by Syntech Company in the Netherlands, and consists of four parts: intelligent data acquisition controller IDAC-2, stimulating airflow controller (Syntech CS-55), micro-manipulator (Syntech MN-151) and Syntech software processing system.

[0036] (2) Reagents. Various experimental standard products were purchased from Bailingwei Company. C...

Embodiment 3

[0051] Embodiment 3: the method for spraying strawberry pollination with compound sugar water olfactory active agent formula.

[0052] As mentioned above, Chinese bees have higher olfactory responses to plant floral volatiles and bee pheromones. Therefore, this study treated them with β-ionone and methyl p-hydroxybenzoate, and components of strawberry floral fragrance, respectively. Bee swarms or flowers to study the effect of olfactory active agents on bee pollination behavior.

[0053] 3.1 Materials and methods

[0054] 3.1.1 Tested insects

[0055] The insects used in the test were the same as before, and the bee colony used was purchased from Jiande Mountain, Hangzhou, and was bred by the common return soil method in round wooden barrels. The strawberries used in the experiment were still provided by the Agricultural Biotechnology Research Institute of Hangzhou Academy of Agricultural Sciences. The experiment was carried out at the greenhouse base of the Institute of Ag...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for increasing the apis cerana smith pollination efficiency for strawberries in winter facilities. The apis cerana smith (Chinese bee for short) used in the method isa local bee species of China, to maintain the life vitality of the bees in winter which is in shortage of honey sources, the Chinese bees need to be fed with a great deal of sugar water at regular time at fixed points, then the lives and the pollination times of the bees are prolonged, however, the labor and material cost is thus increased, and the life vitality and the pollination enthusiasm of the Chinese bees are not activated by the conventional fixed time and fixed point feeding mode, the Chinese bees still fly out from nests when sugar water is supplied and fly back into the nests afterfeeding is completed, therefore, by adopting the feeding mode, the bees are not stimulated to collect strawberry pollen, in addition, the activity of the Chinese bees in visiting flowers is objectively inhibited, and thus the strawberry pollination efficiency is affected. Therefore, the invention aims to improve conventional feeding measures of the apis cerana smith in winter facilities, an olfaction synergist for improving the activity of bees is screened and developed through EAG experiments, and a way for bee pollination activity improvement and strawberry output increase of strawberries inwinter facilities is provided.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of bioengineering, and in particular relates to a method for improving the pollination efficiency of strawberry bees in winter facilities. Background technique [0002] At present, strawberries in winter facilities are mainly cultivated in plastic greenhouses. The picking period is from the end of November to March of the next year. It coincides with major festivals such as New Year's Day and Spring Festival, and it is also a gap period for other fresh fruits to go on the market. Therefore, strawberry prices Very high, the economic benefit is very considerable. Due to the serious shortage of pollinators during the flowering period of strawberries in winter facilities, artificial pollination or bee pollination must be used to increase the pollination rate. In view of the time-consuming and laborious work of artificial pollination, the effect is not good, so insects such as bees are often used for pollination....
