The structure of the drug delivery system further comprises aptamer-modified DNA tetrahedrons which are prepared by respectively connecting three kinds ofaptamers to DNA tetrahedrons in the manner of complementary base pairing. The structure of the drug delivery system also comprises an aptamer-AS1411-DNA tetrahedron which is prepared by simultaneouslyconnecting one aptamer and three AS1411 to a DNA tetrahedron in the manner of complementary base pairing.
