According to the method, livestock and poultry tissues are weighed; liquid nitrogen is added; grinding is performed; the operation is repeated in such a way many times until the livestock and poultry tissues are completely crushed; sample diluent is added; high-speed centrifugation is performed; supernatant fluid is taken to pass througha microporous filtering film; filter liquid is frozen and dried; a regulating solution is added; freeze drying is performed; then, derivatization agent is added; freeze drying is performed after the room temperature derivatization; a sample is obtained.
