Abstract

The invention discloses a fluorocarbon powder coating and a preparation method thereof. The fluorocarbon powder coating is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 3-30 parts of fluorocarbon resin, 3-7 parts of IPDI (isophorone diisocyanate), 40-75 parts of hydroxyl polyester, 0-35 parts of titanium dioxide, 0-40 parts of barium sulfate, 0.8-1.5 parts of an acrylic flatting agent, 0.4-2.5 parts of an acrylic wetting agent, 0-1.8 parts of benzoin, 0-1.2 parts of stearic acid, 0-1 part of polyethylene wax, 0-1 part of amide wax, 0-1 part of polytetrafluoroethylene wax, 0-1 partof a charge control agent, 0-1 part of organobentonite and 0-1 part of a catalyst. The fluorocarbon powder coating has the advantages of being good in levelling property, good in decorative performance, good in storage stability, not liable to get yellowed, good in chemical resistance and good in mechanical property; the lacklustre, semi-lustre and high-lustre effects can be achieved by changingthe usage amount of a matting agent; and the decorative performance can be further improved.
