The fluorocarbonpowdercoating is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 3-30 parts of fluorocarbon resin, 3-7 parts of IPDI (isophorone diisocyanate), 40-75 parts of hydroxyl polyester, 0-35 parts of titanium dioxide, 0-40 parts of bariumsulfate, 0.8-1.5 parts of an acrylic flatting agent, 0.4-2.5 parts of an acrylic wetting agent, 0-1.8 parts of benzoin, 0-1.2 parts of stearic acid, 0-1 part of polyethylenewax, 0-1 part of amidewax, 0-1 part of polytetrafluoroethylenewax, 0-1 partof a charge control agent, 0-1 part of organobentonite and 0-1 part of a catalyst. The fluorocarbon powdercoating has the advantages of being good in levelling property, good in decorative performance, good in storage stability, not liable to get yellowed, good in chemical resistance and good in mechanical property; the lacklustre, semi-lustre and high-lustre effects can be achieved by changingthe usage amount of a matting agent; and the decorative performance can be further improved.
